Refund policy

WARRANTY

All products purchased from Junii.com.au come with a 12 month warranty. This  warranty does not cover any damage caused by: accidents, misuse, neglect or lack of maintenance, day to day wear and tear, and natural disaster.

CHANGE OF MIND

We believe in providing our customers with peace of mind. With the exception of ‘Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ items, we provide a 30 day Change of Mind Policy (subject to a 25% restocking fee). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund in this instance.

RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return, please email hello@junii.com.au and provide your order number, invoice and clear photos of the item including packaging to be returned. Please do not post a return without first initiating the process via email.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise if your return is accepted or if it is not, we will detail the reasons as to why. 

If return is accepted, the cost of the item(s) less a 25% restocking fee will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or card provider. Please note original shipping costs (if applicable) are non- refundable. 

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Only non-clearance items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Should any items be damaged during transit, please notify us in writing via hello@junii.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of items. Please provide photos of any damages incurred during transit. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged part or item should it be deemed eligible.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please deliver items to 49 Rosedale Ave, Greenacre NSW 2190. 

You will need to arrange return shipping at your own cost or in person for our local customers. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach us may vary. Please do not post a return without first initiating the process via email. 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS PROCESS FOR RISE COLLECTION
(Compressed Sofa Items including: Chelsea, Tribeca, Bowery, Cosmo and Lola ranges)

We want you to love your new sofa, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Because of this we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, even if your sofa has been opened and fully inflated.

However, please note:

  • Once inflated, the sofa cannot be compressed again, so it must be returned as is
  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer and packed in a large, secure box that accommodates the fully expanded sofa
  • You're welcome to reuse the original plastic wrapping provided, and we recommend adding extra padding or protection
  • Returned items must be in good condition, with no signs of damage or excessive use
  • Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if there is no fault or defect.

We’re happy to accept returns, but due to the nature of compressed sofas, this process is a little more hands-on than your average return. If you're unsure before ordering, feel free to reach out to our team. We can always offer fabric swatches and additional product details to help you feel confident with your purchase.
